Where do I get my bike?＋
Launch reservations begin at the Ramble Rider Test Hub. We’ll add approved partner pickup spots only after each location is ready.
Do I choose a specific bike?＋
Tell us each rider’s height. We match and physically stage the best available bike, then text its name and pickup instructions.
What’s included?＋
Every rental includes a comfortable Priority Classic Plus bicycle, helmet, lock, and clear pickup and return instructions.
What if plans change?＋
The launch cancellation and weather policy will be shown before payment. No hidden surprises.
